Terms & Conditions

A non-refundable 20% deposit is payable on booking and the balance is due 6 weeks before arrival. In the event of cancellation the deposit only will be forfeited up to 6 weeks prior to arrival, and 60% of cost of holiday if less than 4 weeks. For cancellations within 7 days of arrival there will be no refund if the property is not re-let.

Guests are requested to arrive between 4.00pm and 6.00pm. Should you wish to arrive at a different time, please contact us with your preferred time.

On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the accommodation by 10.00 am. If you require a different time please contact to arrange.

We are strictly non smoking. If a deep clean is required and the apartment cannot be let out you will incurr a charge of £250 cleaning charge plus any additional charge for lost on rental.
