A non-refundable 20% deposit is payable on booking and the balance is due 6 weeks before arrival. In the event of cancellation the deposit only will be forfeited up to 6 weeks prior to arrival, and 60% of cost of holiday if less than 4 weeks. For cancellations within 7 days of arrival there will be no refund if the property is not re-let. We recommend you take out insurance if are concerned about cancellations.

On all lets a good house keeping bond of £200 is required which is returned on departure once we have serviced the apartment. This money is returned to your bank account or credit / debit card. Any damages or excessive cleaning costs will be deducted from bond.

Our check in times are between 4.30pm and 6.00pm and we ask that you give us a call 30mins before you arrive so we can be there to meet you.Should you wish to arrive at a different time, please contact us with your preferred time. We cannot guarantee earlier entry but will do our utmost to help.

On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the accommodation by 10.00 am. If you require a different time please contact to arrange. On departure the apartment must be left in a clean and reasonable manner. If not charges will be made and deducted from bond

We are strictly non smoking. If a deep clean is required and the apartment cannot be let out you will incurr a charge of £250 cleaning charge plus any additional charge for lost on rental.
